At TYC Communications Nigeria, we strive to provide exceptional services and products. However, we understand that sometimes refunds may be necessary.

2. Defective Products: If a product is defective or faulty, a replacement or refund will be provided.

Refund Process
To initiate a refund, please contact our customer service team within 3 working days after the original transaction. Refunds will be processed within 5-7 working days of receiving the refund request.
